TechStyle Fashion Group is currently looking for a Manager, Scrubs Activations - Fabletics Scrubs

As the Manager of Scrubs Activations at Fabletics, you will be responsible for effectively planning and executing all Scrubs Activation initiatives. You are a competent problem solver and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leveraging feedback, information and data to ensure our Scrubs initiatives perform efficiently and effectively while delivering the same level of service and experience that we execute in our current retail locations. You must be able to think globally, lead teams, drive innovation and be able to deliver results with agility and responsiveness, utilizing a broad range of skills to support planning, logistics, execution, sales, marketing and customer service.

This position will report to the Director, Retail Activations.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute current and future Scrubs Activation initiatives.
  • Consistently collaborate with multiple internal departments on Brand level including Marketing, Operations, Merchandise, Planning, Field Teams, Tech, Logistics, Fulfillment Centers, Accounting and People Team.
  • Effectively communicate with external partners.
  • Partner closely with the Scrubs marketing team to execute marketing strategy and initiatives for current and future projects.
  • Create training and development documents for teams supporting Scrubs Activation Initiatives
  • Oversee the coordination of all event support including scheduling, travel & lodging, training completion, and event communications
  • Ensure operational efficiency by actively managing operational tasks related to Payroll, Inventory Management and paperwork.
  • Actively participate to provide and nourish feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business
  • Travel extensively nation-wide to execute on-site activation initiatives

  • Effective communicator and partner with all levels of internal departments as well as external partners to ensure projects maintain momentum
  • Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners inside and outside of the store environment
  • A team player and overall energetic individual who can balance technical skills as well as people skills
  • Are a cross-functional leader with a strong background of effectively working across and with multiple stakeholders to establish corroboration for Scrubs activation initiatives
  • Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize, troubleshoot, improvise and course correct on the fly, with limited resources available and under pressure
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and incorporate a high-level awareness of business acumen in order to drive overall success of initiative
  • Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Experience in consumer, apparel or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
  • Event coordination or management experience strongly preferred
  • Are a true team player and not afraid to roll your sleeves up to get things done
  • Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, customer-centricity and a positive outlook
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with ability to learn additional required business systems.
  • Possess the ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally and in written presentations
  • This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least three consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

**Position may require you to execute light craftsmanship and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $75,100-$80,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
