As the Manager, Claims, you'll be responsible for coordinating and conducting routine to complex investigations in a diversified operation. You'll evaluate security processes, practices, and policies throughout the enterprise to reduce risks, limit exposure, protect customer freight, protect company assets, and limit liability.
XPO intends to spin off its tech-enabled brokered transportation platform as RXO in or around November 2022, creating two independent publicly traded companies. Visit rxo.com for more information. Please note that this position is in scope to transition to RXO once the planned spin-off is completed.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Participate in or lead investigative related task forces and/or special projects that represent significant loss exposure and/or are highly visible
- Provide consultation and guidance to line and senior management on investigative related issues
- Identify significant issues and control weaknesses and make recommendations to line management to minimize exposure or loss
- Prepare reports summarizing investigation findings to provide internal business partners with information needed to assist in making claims decisions
- Acting as the central point of contact for customers that request a security professional
- Provide cost effective security solutions for business startups and or existing facilities
- Provide guidance on homeland security and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Create and implement security awareness training modules
- Support audit programs and certification processes
What you need to succeed in this role at XPO:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of related experience
It'd be great if you also have:
- Ability to become a Professional Certified Investigator
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
- Ability to present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
