Job Description
The Manager of SEO and Creative Services will be responsible for providing insight and expertise related to search engine optimization (SEO) tactics and strategies. You will serve as part of the marketing department, and work in close collaboration with marketing strategists and content specialists to develop organic marketing campaigns that will reach and connect with the targeted audience. You will be responsible for compiling SEO data such as high-value keywords and using that information to guide content and placement decisions that ensure maximum visibility. You will also build, implement, and oversee SEO tracking and analytical systems and databases. You will create reports summarizing performance metrics and other key analytics. Additionally, this role will oversee two content strategists and work closely with creative services.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present materials/findings both internally and externally for the marketing focus/channel.
- Provide regular reporting and updates on performance.
- Execute marketing plans to deliver results that exceed defined objectives.
- Provide insights which facilitate the development of improved marketing plans.
- Partner with content team and provide recommendations for organic SEO success.
- Train content strategists on keyword strategy and oversee successful execution of SEO optimized content to drive increase in organic leads.
- Work towards organic search growth, optimization, and ROI maximization through execution of improved SEO on therapybrands.com website.
- Oversee web developer to ensure proper maintenance of the therapybrands.com website.
- Help to identify, analyze/execute new and potential product/services, markets, and advertising opportunities.
- Execute technical SEO analyses and interpret findings to generate value.
- Manage internal tools and business processes that optimize the onsite search experience.
- Plan, develop and implement SEO strategies to successfully attain organic traffic goals.
- Closely collaborate with appropriate teams to develop high-performance integrated marketing campaigns.
- Drive strategy to identify and drive demand generation and funnel build activities that drive pipeline.
- Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with clients' technical and marketing teams to implement proposed recommendations.
- Prepare and conduct keyword research for content and website implementation.
- Oversee graphic design to create impactful assets that follow brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in marketing, digital marketing or equivalent experience, healthcare experience preferred.
- Fluency in search engines, Google Analytics, content management software, keyword research, SEO link building, SEO strategy, content strategy creation and execution.
- Leadership skills to help with collaboration and deployment of goals.
- Strict attention to detail during problem solving and editing sessions.
- Obsess over data and proof of ROI.
- Comfortable teaching others about keyword research, strategy, content strategy, etc.
- Mastery of link building, pillar pages, WordPress and all things SEO related.
- Experience in website migration is a must.
