Manager, Service Talent Acquisition
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for Staffing and Recruiting. Manages the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition (TA) function and provides the TA team direction and leadership. This includes managing towards recruiting goals and expectations, monitoring performance against goals, developing and implementing recruiting methodologies & processes, working with leadership to ensure that talent pools are meeting hiring manager's needs. Also responsible for providing various reports and assuring the TA staff adhere to system requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluates, and implements recruiting standards, measurements, and production expectations to ensure consistency and implements tactics to accomplish goals.
- Responsible for monitoring performance / productivity against goals and managing the TA staff to those goals. Must readily adapt strategies to adjust to changing business conditions.
- Actively participates in, and many times spearheads, regular TA progress meetings. Discusses current and potential issues, recommends, or facilitates resolutions, assures the proper TA resources are deployed to assure coverage of requirements, etc.
- Lead the development and refinement of recruiting processes to ensure the capture of highly competitive talent, staffing goal attainment, and compliance with applicable EEOC regulations and labor laws.
- Improve the effectiveness of TA process to increase the quality of hires and reduce the time to fill positions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, candidate networks and talent pipelines to ensure a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
- Benchmark and implement "best practices" TA processes and programs
- Develop and implement the recruitment efforts for contemporary internet based and social media related TA strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
- Develop collaborative relationships with Human Resources partners to ensure consistent candidate and hiring manager experience across the company.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 6+ years of related experience with talent acquisition or human resources
- Strong communication skills; written, oral and effective listening skills
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in project management and developing business strategy
- Ability to analyze data and interpret results to take appropriate action
- Working understanding of recruiting/sourcing strategies and how to identify diverse talent pipelines
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations as they related to talent acquisition
- Demonstrated staffing leadership experience including developing and motivating recruiting teams
- Experience recruiting Diesel Technicians or Automotive Technicians
SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Proven track record of success with rapid paced environments undergoing business transformations.
- Attention to detail
- Travel 5-10%
- 3 days per week working in the Corporate office in Irving, TX and 2 days per week working from home
