Job Description

Figma is looking for a Manager SMB Sales to join our dynamic team of creatives engineers marketing wizards and brilliant business folks. You aren’t the typical sales leader and we aren’t the typical design software company. Here we think outside the box lift constraints that block our imagination everyday and we expect you to do the same. With this role you’ll get in at the ground floor in a fast growing sales org. You’ll consult with our existing customer base and potential customers in driving meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.

Our Sales org is growing and moving fast. Our next team member will have an agile dynamic mindset be comfortable embracing change a true team-player and love working with our growing footprint of Fortune 1000 customers. You won’t be alone! Figma has an incredible team and you’ll work closely with other groups including Support Design Engineering Product Marketing and Community. As our Manager SMB Sales you will develop a team of Account Executives responsible for continuing the growth of our product suite.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hub or remotely.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to foster an environment of success

  • Enable the success of the team to achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual targets through a high velocity inbound and outbound sales motion

  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings

  • Help shape and further develop sales processes and initiatives

  • Interview hire and train new team members as we scale the business and company

  • Manage and analyze the performance of your team including accurate forecasting pipeline generation and activity metrics

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)

  • 1+ year of velocity sales account executive management experience

  • Familiarity with SMB SaaS sales processes and sales methodologies (COM / MEDDICC)

  • Experience leading building and growing successful collaborative and hard-working sales teams

  • Proven track record of leading successful and consistently over-performing sales team

While not required it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving fast paced environment

  • Understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
