In this role, you will direct social media efforts to help engage new and existing members, the public and our employees in ways that ultimately drive forward marketing and business goals. Responsible for leading the company-wide social media strategy to drive digital strategy and member-focused approach forward. Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to drive forward business goals. Oversee the day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency on social media platforms. Lead social media efforts in creating and maintaining unique social media strategies. Create a strategy encompassing channel optimization, marketing and product implementation developing the strategy to engage internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor relevant media KPIs
- Lead the social media efforts in creating and maintaining unique social media strategies by managing and overseeing social media content
- Stay up to date on social media trends, practices, and technologies by monitoring social media profiles to determine engagement and developing social media campaign ideas
- Plan, design, implement and monitor social media marketing campaigns and measure their success
- Partner with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Collaborate to create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats
- Lead social media reputation efforts and monitor social media trends, including developments in design, applications, strategy and innovation to stay relevant and effective
- Create campaigns to boost brand image, increase member engagement and drive business goals
- Track social media campaigns' key performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management
- Promote the use of social media throughout the credit union with employees and members
- Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelors Degree - Communications, Technology, Social Media Strategy, English or Related
Years of Experience:
- 7 Years - Social media strategy, campaigns, communications, marketing or related - Minimum
- 2 Years - People Management - Minimum
In Lieu of Education:
- 12 years - Social media strategy, campaigns, communications, marketing including people management
