Job Summary

Grande Cheese is looking for an engaging and dynamic people leader to assume the role of Manager, Software Development. This position drives execution of initiatives that support Grande's strategic goals centered on using emerging technologies and intelligent automation tools to help improve operational efficiency, enhance capacity utilization, and improve stakeholder experiences across the Enterprise. As the Manager, Software Development you will inspire the associates (employees) on your team to deliver technology solutions on an enterprise-wide scale that drive significant business value in alignment with Emerging Technologies Center of Excellence (CoE) and Grande's digital agenda.

What you need to be considered for the role:

• 4 Year Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field required. An equivalent level of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of eight (8) years direct experience in software design, development, and support.
• Minimum of two (2) years in a management role.
• Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• Proven experience in applying an SDLC to effectively lead and manage projects and teams.
• Experience implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions using one of the leading solutions: UI Path, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism or prior experience with general automation tools and techniques that has delivered measurable business improvements.
• Experience with DevSecOps & Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts

Preferred:

• Microsoft software engineer-oriented certification is a plus.
