Job Description

The Activations, Implementations and Migrations (AIM) team is looking for a talented Manager Software Development. The AIM team is responsible for enabling all key SabreSonic features for our customers such as implementation of storefronts, migration to new platforms and feature activations including end-to-end testing prior to handover to customers.
• Manage and grow team of software engineers across multiple locations: foster team growth, mentor, engage, inspire • Overseeing the planning & technical direction of various Activation, Migration and Implementation projects • Lead cross-functional scrum teams to successful value stream delivery • Ability to work collaboratively with other leaders• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the SabreSonic organization and Sabre wide towards common goals• Present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders • Advocate for continuous improvement and drive for better SDLC practices

Job Requirements
• 7+ years of technology related experience in product technology, with consumer facing skills • 3+ years of leadership experience leading distributed teams of technical professionals and cross-functional teams • Knowledge of best practices for Developing Software, Planning, and Operations • Experience working in cross-functional, agile environment • Experience with front and backend technologies, microservices, containerization and cloud solutions• Excellent communication in English, ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent prior experience.
