Manager, Software Engineering - Mobile

What you’ll do at Figma:

• Manage support and grow our team of engineers who build our iOS and Android applications.

• Partner with product and engineering leadership to set strategy priorities and mission for the iOS and Android team.

• Work closely with Product Research Design and Data as well as with other engineering teams to define and build a best-in-class mobile experience.

• Guide the team in planning and executing a technical roadmap using the latest Apple technologies (Swift and SwiftUI); and the latest Android technologies (Kotlin Jetpack Compose coroutines and flows) that will provide the foundation for future feature development with great performance.

• Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization.

• 2+ years of experience managing high output engineering teams

• Proven track record of building and shipping high-quality mobile apps

• Experience scaling products and teams in high growth environments
