Job Description

Team: Business Development

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Solutions Architect in United States.

This role is a high-impact leadership position focused on guiding a team of Solutions Architects responsible for delivering advanced, mission-critical technical solutions for public safety and enterprise customers. You will shape how complex systems are designed, integrated, and deployed across real-time operational environments, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, product, engineering, and customer success, you will help translate customer needs into robust technical architectures. The role blends people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, requiring both strategic thinking and practical execution. You will also step into select high-complexity engagements to directly support critical customer implementations. This is a remote-first role with meaningful influence on both team performance and customer impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Architects supporting law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.
  • Oversee solution design quality, ensuring consistent standards across all technical architecture and implementation work.
  • Provide technical direction and project guidance, supporting team members in complex or high-impact customer engagements.
  • Review and analyze IT system architectures to define, scope, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders, including sales, engineering, product, and account management, to ensure successful solution delivery and integration.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new Solutions Architects within the team.
  • Manage team performance, resource allocation, and delivery timelines to ensure project success.
  • Contribute directly to select complex implementations involving emerging or highly integrated solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture standards, delivery processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements and technical execution across all engagements.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 4–6 years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or related engineering roles.
    • 1–3 years of experience in a leadership or team management capacity.
    • Strong expertise in systems integration, cloud technologies, and solution architecture frameworks.
    • Experience working across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level customers.
    • Background in project management, technical delivery, or business process analysis.
    • Understanding of integration methodologies and basic coding concepts is preferred.
    • Experience in public safety, government systems, or enterprise platforms (e.g., CAD/RMS environments) is a plus.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with competing priorities.
    • Must be eligible to pass and maintain CJIS background clearance.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $130,500 to $241,344 USD, depending on experience and location.
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.
      • Discretionary paid time off and paid parental leave for all employees.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
      • Fitness and wellness programs, including emotional and mental health support.
      • Learning and development programs to support career growth.
      • Equity and bonus opportunities as part of total compensation.
      • Flexible, remote-first work environment with access to hub locations.
      • Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and belonging.
      • Additional lifestyle benefits such as office amenities where applicable.
