Manager, Solutions Engineering

General Description: 

• Directly support and manage 2-3+ junior developers

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers

• Ensure code quality and product output are in line with PMG standards

• Contribute to high impact projects through project management, active hands-on-keyboard development, oversight and ownership

• Work directly with other technical, cross-functional teams to improve internal products and build requirements for new features

• Partner with client teams via a hybrid team model to support technical trainings, education, and implementation strategies

• Develop and guiding the roadmap for custom solutions that can be scalable across the business

• Pair together data from multiple sources using SQL to drive automated reporting and insights

• Develop solutions using Python to automate workflow processes for teams

• Assist with QA and troubleshooting of the larger team’s code

• Identify market trends and analyzing digital performance to create experimental solutions

• Provide strategic guidance for client teams through knowledge of media, technology, and innovation

• Lead team brainstorms and knowledge shares

• Work on a team that manages upwards of 5 products across 40+ clients

• Develop innovative solutions with partners in the industry to drive agency growth and high-impact initiatives
