This position leads a small team, providing financial, analytical and business support to the Retail organization. It is a key partner that provides analytical and forecasting models that help the business understand the financial implications of key decisions. Primary responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Division: Lead team through recurring Plan and Forecast cycles with careful and thoughtful planning
- Field: Development of quarterly Field Sales and P&L plans, across all lines of revenue and expense, at both store and consolidated leader levels
- Division: Prepare and present analyses, forecasts and reports to senior business and finance leaders to support decision making
- Field: Development and reporting of monthly P&L results vs. Plan and PY, across all lines of revenue and expense, at both store and consolidated leader levels
- Develop and gain a deep business understanding of financial drivers and levers that impact the Retail P&L
- Field: Calculation of Store and Field leadership level quarterly bonuses
- Division: Consolidation of Retail results across all lines of revenue, expense and headcount for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Division: Build detailed financial models to support project based capital investments and process improvements
- Division: Assist Accounting in monthly close process, through management of accruals and line reviews to ensure proper classification of expense items
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or CPA preferred
- 8+ years in progressive Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) related positions, preferably with experience supporting field operations teams
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact with individuals across the organization and communicate complex ideas in a clear/concise manner
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Demonstrate problem-solving, quantitative and analytical skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of COGNOS and SQL a plus
- Comfortable working with, an analyzing, large amounts of data
