Manager, Strategic Alliances

FloQast is hiring a Manager within its Consulting Alliances practice. This role involves leading a team across EMEA with a focus on expanding our Consulting Partner ecosystem. The Manager will be responsible for maximizing the value of existing partnerships and managing key strategic relationships as needed. This role is a hybrid position based in central London.

What You'll Do:

• Build business strategy for the team with Business Development and Alliance Leaders 
• Translate strategic goals into tactical plans & initiatives to roll out initiatives to the team
• Take ownership of goals & drive team to hit their targets
• Execute on tactical plans utilizing Partnership and other company resources (marketing, sales, product, customer success, etc.)
• Handle issues expediently with extreme professionalism 
• Recruit, lead and mentor members of the Alliance team
• Build team skills to achieve both personal & team goals
• Travel will be 25%+ 
• Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years in SaaS-based Technologies
• Experience and success in an Alliances role is required
• Experience working in the Accounting Advisory/Consulting domain (Big4 is a plus)
• Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
• Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
• Commitment to self-improvement and success 
• Team player with a collaborative orientation
• Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
