Landis is a homeownership company taking on the housing affordability crisis. Our mission is to guide people on their unique path to homeownership, and we do this through a coaching app and a holistic homeownership program where we buy a home for a client and rent it to them while we help them prepare for a mortgage. We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated Manager, Strategy & Operations to join our Operations team. This person will drive the development of insights, strategies, and most impactful business initiatives to help Landis redefine the pathway to homeownership in the US. This role will work closely with cross-functional counterparts and external parties to lead high-impact initiatives while offering ownership and autonomy over the work.

Where you will make an impact:

  • Build processes to efficiently onboard, manage, and support end users throughout their Landis journey
  • Lead experiments to understand how we should interact with our end users to drive optimal business outcomes
  • Create tools and dashboards (via Excel and/or SQL) to be used by cross functional stakeholders to make their work more efficient
  • Design, optimize, and scale outreach campaigns
  • Define and report on funnel conversion metrics to help Landis define and execute critical strategies
  • Explore and build partnerships with third parties that can improve our overall operations

This is a dynamic role that will partner with other teams on projects such as:

  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Design to build out solutions that will benefit our end users, as well as our teams on the ground
  • Partnering with Client Success to understand the client journey and implement strategies to optimize funnel conversion and the client experience
  • Collaborating with the Growth Team to help scale the management of our agent and lender partners
  • Support for our Leadership team

Your background includes:

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a similar role (tech, operations, consulting, strategy, analytics, tech, investment banking)
  • Experience with quantitative data analysis, finding deep and measurable insights, modeling, and sophisticated test plan design and analysis
  • Unparalleled business judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to use data to quickly develop strategies and make decisions
  • Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills required
  • Strong SQL skills required
  • Bachelor degree
