The fintech ecosystem is undergoing change at an unprecedented rate. We are looking for a Manager to join Corporate Strategy team to drive strategy development, execution and thought leadership in high priority areas of the business.

Job Description:

Strategy development: Lead/support the development of PayPal’s strategy on high visibility initiatives, and long-term strategic priorities in key ecosystem areas

Strategic execution: Drive related strategic projects into the execution phase, partnering with teams across the organization

Thought leadership: Advise our C-suite through “research” type engagements to develop and articulate a point of view on market signals and potential ecosystem game-changers

Required Skills:

3-5 years post MBA preferred
World class strategic and analytical thinking including excellent ability to flex between big picture thinking, understand and distill complex ideas and analyze data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
Superior communications (verbal, written, PowerPoint) and analysis skills (Excel)
Leadership experience in complex global organizations and cross functional teams, and a track record of delivering tangible results, both directly and by influence
Appetite to learn and comfortable with ambiguity
Top strategy consulting (e.g. BCG, McKinsey or Bain) or top corporate strategy experience a must
Industry expertise in payments and / or technology preferred
Fast-track career development
