Job Summary:
The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) serves as the organization’s connector between strategy and execution. We accomplish this by organizing and leading large initiatives designed to help IGS achieve its strategic objectives and help ensure the right people are doing the right thing at the right time. This is a highly visible team and a high-impact role.
As the Manager, Strategy Management you’ll be responsible for leading a team of project management professionals to support the accomplishment of our corporate objectives and ensure the effective delivery of key strategic initiatives. Provides effective leadership of program and project management with cross-functional teams focused on delivering strategic initiatives to drive business growth. This is a highly visible position with heavy interaction with business leaders spanning all IGS businesses.

The Office of Strategy Management’s core skills include:

- PMP or PgMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for an entire program/organizational goal and all projects associated.
- Manages workload, timelines, deliverables for accountability to organizational goals.
- Collaborates with team members to remove roadblocks, solve problems and leverage best practices.
- Ensure all programs within area of responsibility have clear milestones, team structure, KPIs, and financial projections (i.e. how, who, when, how much).
- Identifies the synergies to be created across areas of responsibility to ensure strategies and initiatives are linked to each other and to the IGS strategy.
- Builds relationships with internal and external business partners to identify needs and resolve issues for effective program management.
- Act as a liaison among the shared services organizations and the areas of responsibility to ensure that each initiative receives the necessary resources and attention to achieve its expected outcomes.
- Responsible for managing a team of program / project management professionals.
- Supports individual development through daily responsibilities, projects, and personalized conversations. Celebrating their successes and having tough conversations, when needed.
- Fosters an environment of trust and build team moral through connection amongst team members.
- Understands the strategy and facilitates decision making process for business partners across the organization.
- Partners with Senior Leaders to formulate strategic and initiative vision, scope and business objectives (i.e. what and the why).
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience with program / project management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proven experience leading through influence.
Salary Range:
$108,950.00 - $174,320.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
