The Manager of Supply Chain leads the team of Supply Chain function at one site, in the supply chain function. Manages demand through purchase orders to the supply base, OTD, PPM, PPV, and cost improvements by performing the following duties.

A Day in the Life:

• Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include demand management, planning management, cost management, supplier relationship management, interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems for the team and the multiple sites.
• Work with Strategic Sourcing Managers to leverage spend for negotiations.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these resources.
• Provide information and support to engineering and transition team on NPI process.
• Work with suppliers to improve overall delivery and quality levels working with supplier quality to drive down PPM levels.
• Minimize supplier disruptions and their effect on the factory to convert material timely.
• Manages multiple subordinate supply chain managers who supervises a total of 5-15 employees in the Supply Chain function.

What you will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 Years experience in Supply chain and 2 years Managing people in a Supply Chain / Buyer capacity.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• CPIM Certified
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce preferred
