Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Description
SocialPilot is looking for an experienced talent acquisition manager to join our team. You will build a strong team that creates meaningful SaaS products in the Martech space that the customers love. You will be part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with the leadership team to completely manage the talent acquisition function.
This role is full-time, Ahmedabad
What you will do
- Partner closely with the business to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest talent
- Lead a team to manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing for all roles across SocialPilot
- Build and maintain a network of candidates in engineering, marketing, product management, and sales
- Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement including sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers in the execution of these strategies
- Build and grow relationships with top tier engineering schools and business schools
What are you like
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with technical/SAAS based organizations
- Hands-on experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
- Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
