Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations will lead and optimize the global operational infrastructure that supports high-volume recruitment across a complex, multi-site organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient talent acquisition processes. You will oversee pre-boarding, vendor management, recruitment programs, compliance, and reporting, while driving continuous improvement across all TA operations. Partnering with TA leadership, you will help translate business objectives into actionable initiatives that improve candidate experience, mitigate risk, and deliver top talent.
