Job Summary:


As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and selection to onboarding. You will lead a dedicated team of talent acquisition specialists and coordinators, guiding them in their efforts to attract, engage, and retain top talent for our organization. Your strategic approach to employer branding and talent acquisition will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:


Essential Functions

  • Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team on creation of sourcing plans, interviewing, production and hiring best practices with a focus on continuous improvement. 
  • Lead the team in formulating offers for candidates in accordance with company budget guidelines and fair pay standards
  • Assign requisitions and monitor workload of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate and/or lead regular skill building sessions with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure talent pipelines and nurture campaigns exist as needed for most roles across the company 
  • Build on and execute employer branding strategy & activities aligned to company brand, culture and hiring strategy
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates and an inclusive hiring process.
  • Build, implement and maintain intern and college recruiting strategies/program
  • Assist Director, People and Culture with reporting and analysis of TA dashboard, hiring effectiveness and metrics
  • Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Source, interview, and present candidates in accordance with labor laws and company guidelines for Senior Leadership roles or other roles as needed
  • Assist People & Culture Business Partner team in developing Career Paths, job leveling, and job grades
  • Administrative responsibilities such as sending offer packages and reviewing and developing job descriptions 
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment counsel, guidance, and training 
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with agency partners
  • Provide weekly updates on recruiting activity within the People and Culture team 
  • Carry out additional project related, and administrative responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • 10 years of full cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience hiring for both individual contributor and senior leadership roles
  • 3 years people leadership experience
  • Ability to remain flexible even when priorities shift
  • Experience with talent mapping, development of sourcing plans, nurture campaigns
  • Employment branding experience
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships 
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within one or more ATS systems, Lever experience a +
  • Experience with compensation negotiation 
  • Bachelor’s degree

Working Environment/Physical Demands

  • Hybrid work environment
  • Long-distance or air travel as needed – up to 20% travel
  • Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor
