The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, developing, managing, and overseeing talent acquisition and recruitment policies, programs, processes, and strategies to position TTI as a preferred employer. Additionally, this role will have accountability for assisting the talent acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs for our organizational business segments. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies, innovative candidate sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing, and scheduling. Position is also accountable for managing and providing oversight of temporary/staffing agency relationships while moving towards minimizing the usage and costs associated with using an agency to fill TTI's openings. In addition, this role will execute and manage special staffing initiatives for the Business Development Group and the TTI Graduate & Internship program for all North America TTI business segments (Sales, Product, IS etc.). This role will be located in our Corporate Headquarters in North Fort Worth, Texas.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage members of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure maximum alignment with business staffing needs.

Enables TTI to meet current and future staffing needs by developing an understanding of our business operations as it relates to employee talent needs and by developing and recommending/implementing creative recruiting strategies.

Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

Perform analysis and expedite planned initiatives and activities required to address hiring needs. Create and implement KPI's and SOP's to effectively manage the talent acquisition function.

Plan procedures and processes for improving upon the candidate experience and suggest measure for improving employee retention.

Ensure the Talent Acquisition team effectively supports the recruiting needs of the organization by assisting with recruiting strategy development, ad placement, resume screening and additional duties as required.

Effectively identifies and ensures utilization of all available recruiting resources to post positions and proactively source qualified candidates for open positions. Measure the time required to fill each position to ensure critical resources are identified and processed promptly.

Ensure the Talent Acquisition Team is clearly and accurately communicating the company's employee value proposition to potential candidates while also making sure the team complies to all applicable policies, practices, processes.

Effectively manages and oversees the Talent Acquisition team employee selection process for all exempt and non-exempt level positions for all departments by ensuring all positions are posted internally in accordance with TTI policy; sourcing external candidates, presenting hiring managers with qualified, pre-screened (interviewed and tested) candidates; and by coaching managers on selection process and testing tools. Ensuring TA team is conducting references checks prior to extending offers.

Provides oversight of the usage of temporary/employment agencies supporting company hiring needs including short-term temporaries, temporary to permanent placements and direct placements by negotiating cost effective terms, coordinating candidate flow and selection and by providing ongoing review and interaction with agency on service and quality expectations.

Provide oversight and execution of the Business Development & TTI Graduate & Intern program recruiting initiatives by assisting with college recruiting strategy development, participating in the college recruiting selection process and managing program logistics to ensure we are building a steady talent pipeline in alignment with our evolving business needs.

Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) to ensure job opportunity and applicant tracking in compliance with policies and best practices to ensure OFCCP compliance.

Stays abreast of talent acquisition trends/best practices and makes recommendations to ensure maximum alignment in our processes.

Performs special recruitment programs/projects as assigned by Human Resources Director (e.g. Hiring Events, Job Fairs, Recruitment Analysis) in a timely and accurate manner.

Assists TTI in meeting Affirmative Action objectives by developing and implementing action-oriented programs in support of diversity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Human Resources or Business) or equivalent combination of education/work experience is preferred.

Five plus years' experience with managing full cycle recruiting efforts in a corporate recruiting environment is required.

Three plus years' experience managing a team of Talent Acquisitions Specialists preferred.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Ability to lead and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and provide strategic guidance and direction.
  • Demonstrates flexibility, objectivity in responding to business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative recruiting strategies.
  • Strong understanding talent assessment skills to screen, evaluate and select talent including experience with behavioral based interviewing.
  • Demonstrated track record of building confidence and credibility with internal customers (e.g. hiring managers).
  • Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to human resources practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR Databases.
  • Solid familiarity with digital recruiting networks and platforms.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening skills.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal/teamwork skills to build effective working relationships.
  • Possesses a strong customer service orientation to respond to internal customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Exhibits strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to handle multiple, competing priorities and duties (planned and unplanned).
  • Experience using an automated Applicant Tracking System is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft applications at the intermediate level preferred.
  • A professional level certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred.
