We are seeking a Manager of Talent Development who will create experiences that inspire and empower our people to reach their full potential, and drive programs that ignite employee growth, boost engagement, and accelerate organizational success.

Requirements

• Design, deliver, and continuously enhance enterprise talent development programs
• Translate business priorities into targeted talent development strategies
• Lead enterprise succession planning and talent review cycles
• Manage end-to-end program logistics, communications, and participant experience
• Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of talent development initiatives
• Use talent data to identify capability gaps, evaluate program effectiveness, and deliver clear, actionable insights and dashboards
