What you'll do:

Talent Management develops learning programs and experiences to help our global teams do the work they do and manages our performance and talent development programs for our global teams. We are looking for a dynamic people leader to join our team.

• Lead and develop a team of bright, talented learning specialists and coordinators to help fulfill Talent Management's mission and vision: Everyone learning and growing. Every day
• Build and lead learning and performance initiatives and experiences
• Help drive Talent Management's priorities, strategy and global direction
• Continue to build a culture of learning and teaching here at Slalom
