Handling Direct Tax for MNC group with ~ USD 500 M external revenue with multiple legal entities in India .

Job Title : Manager Taxation

Band : 6

Requirement:

• Candidate with 4/5 years experience in MNC in Direct taxation
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Good Communication skills
• Well versed in Financial Systems - SAP etc

Detailed Job Description:

• Managing Direct taxes - Corporate Income Tax compliance , Tax planning , Advance Tax computation
• Managing the Annual Tax Audit and filling the Tax Return within Statutory Timelines
• Managing TDS compliances returns
• Indepth knowledge of Transfer Pricing, Ensure smooth transfer pricing clearance
• Consistent business support with 100% Tax compliance, Guiding other departments on Tax implications
• Forming Tax positions for the Company which are justifiable in audits and assessments, and obtain professional opinion (wherever required)
