Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for ensuring that the Company is complying with various technical accounting requirements, including but not limited to, revenue recognition, equity investments, leases, debt and derivative valuation, goodwill impairment analysis, and contingent consideration arrangements. In addition, the position would be responsible for accounting for any mergers or acquisitions and ensuring that any acquired accounting functions are properly integrated. This position will also oversee management of the Company's lease accounting software.

This position is also responsible for performing and monitoring certain internal controls to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). The position will also provide guidance and monitoring of the Company's revenue recognition policies in accordance with GAAP. Finally, the position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the Company's accounting policies and procedures in direct coordination with the Accounting Leadership Team.

The Manager, Technical Accounting and Controls will work closely with various areas including the Executive Leadership Team, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Customer Service, IT, Internal Audit, and HR departments. This position may also be required to prepare and present accounting and internal control

topics to Executive Leadership Team.

The position will directly interact with the Company's external auditors during the annual audit process. This involves attending various audit meetings, presenting/debating the Company's position/stance to the lead audit Partner and Directors and in turn reporting feedback to executive management and working with management to implement applicable actions, if necessary, to resolve matters as they arise. Additionally, the position will be responsible for preparing formal memorandums to document various accounting or internal control matters that may arise during the audit process.

Finally, as applicable, this position will be responsible for managing various third-party consultants assigned to perform accounting or valuation projects or as part of special projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting
• CPA required
• 4+ years of public accounting mixed with some industry experience, 5+ years of public accounting experience preferred
• Excellent Excel skills
• Great accounting research and memo preparation skills
