The Opportunity
This role works closely with the Director of Technical Business Operations in driving the security, and staffing activities of Adobe Managed Services (AMS), a $500 Million arm of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with the Adobe
Digital Experience business unit. This team is composed of technology-savvy individuals who have experience in digital marketing and know its value in driving company strategies. We work directly with our customers to understand business and technical requirements, build long term relationships, and develop and operate AEM cloud solutions that delight customers and meet SLAs. The security team within this business unit is responsible for maintaining the security standards and engaging with the security issues of nearly one thousand Adobe Managed Services customers. The regular security operations involve security patches for the customers, penetration testing, vulnerability Scans, addressing and responding to customer vulnerabilities and customer communications.
Scope / Responsibilities:
- Oversee regular security operations.
- Drive incident response to security situation.
- Crafting the Managed Services security solution on ongoing basis
- Managing, directly and dotted line, the worldwide security team of four.
- Assisting the hiring and onboarding practices domestically, partnering with Director of Technical Business Operations and HR business partner.
- Learning and development practices for new and current engineers.
Special consideration given for:
- Public sector high security experience. Good understanding of principles of secure architecture best practices, secure development lifecycle, &c.
- Working experience with cloud providers like AWS and Azure.
- Operational knowledge of Linux (especially RHEL and RHEL derivatives) and other services such as Docker, Kubernetes, Java, Chef and CDN services desired.
- Experience with long term operation, monitoring (New Relic, Nagios, Splunk) and
upgrade of Enterprise software a plus. - OS and web vulnerability scanners, particularly Acunetix, Nexpose, and Detectify
- Familiarity with FedRAMP regulations
- Prior experience with customer success in a Managed Services or SaaS company
- Knowledge of and experience with digital marketing technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $108,600 -- $203,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
