Job Description
The Manager, Technology & Employee Experience will be responsible for delivering real-time education and functional knowledge for Technology platforms, in order to enable Commercial Division employees to consistently meet client needs and achieve business goals. This position will manage the design, development, implementation, and facilitation of Technology education programs for the Commercial division. This will include providing strategy and leadership to training needs of both new and existing employees, during key technology implementations and within day-to-day activities. This role will also oversee the training of new technology and/or upgrades and enhancements, to influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment among BOKF/Commercial strategy and policies.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study and 5-7 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to train Commercial Banking concepts, processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge of Commercial lending processes and procedures, in particular for Client Relationship Management, Loan origination and/or Credit Portfolio Management within any of the lines of business
- Advanced Salesforce or nCino technical skills preferred
- Extensive track record of successfully identifying department needs and providing successful solutions through partnership with business leaders
- Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver large, complex projects
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Articulate, and MS Teams
- Strong teaching and mentoring experience
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a highly valued, trusted advisor
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; able to communicate technical information to a nontechnical audience in a clear and concise manner
- Expert/advanced consulting experience with multiple levels of management, including senior and ELT level
