Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Manager of Telephone Number Inventory is responsible for managing the lifecycle of telephone number resources across the organization. This role ensures that phone numbers are effectively tracked, allocated, and managed according to regulatory requirements and internal operational needs. The manager will collaborate with various teams to optimize telephone number usage, forecast future needs, and ensure compliance with local and federal telecommunications regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the telephone number inventory, including acquisition, allocation, and retirement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and submit necessary reports to agencies like the FCC.
• Analyze demand and forecast future telephone number needs for projects and expansions.
• Collaborate with operations teams to integrate inventory systems and resolve allocation issues.
• Identify optimization opportunities, reclaim unused numbers, and improve management processes.
• Lead and support a team (if applicable) in managing telephone number inventory and vendor relations.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• 5+ years in telecommunications management within telephone numbering
• Experience in regulatory compliance, Neustar and NPAC and leading teams.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in telecom management systems, telephone number inventory tools, and databases.
• Strong understanding of telecom regulations and numbering policies
• Familiarity with CRM, telephony systems, and number porting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
