Job Description
The Manager, TransFund Marketing is responsible for the TransFund marketing strategy aligned with our business goals, so the division achieves our growth and profit objectives. This includes defining how the assigned division can successfully engage current customers and prospects, in new and existing markets as well as expand our marketing value, reach, and benefit to adequately compete in the payments processing market and allow our customers to do that as well. Leads a team of TransFund Marketing Managers responsible for the review of EFT industry marketing trends, growth campaign creation, training and implementation, and management of all TransFund marketing/solutions.

How You'll Spend Your Time
- You will lead the marketing team and oversee the TransFund brand, while also assisting with product strategy for TransFund by collaborating with the Manager of Product Development and Executive leaders to determine marketing objectives and developing timelines, researching price, and demand. This role evaluates the competition of the market, while compiling and distributing financial and statistical information before making recommendations.
- You will manage the Marketing financial budget and marketing up-sale effort by negotiating with external vendors, outside agencies, media contracts, advertising agencies, printers, artists, typesetters, card plastics vendors and outside professionals, then implementing cost controls to maximize marketing revenue for TransFund.
- You will assess needs, identify opportunities, develop, implement, and manage marketing efforts to increase TransFund penetration into new marketing regions. This includes coordinating the participation in sales trade show events, direct mail marketing, and other sales and relationship management activities.
- You will collaborate with the senior leadership team across Transfund to develop sales and retention proposals and presentations.
- You will coordinate the internal annual sales convention campaign program, including concept creation, sales, training, and implementation.
- You will manage the annual customer convention, including planning and managing the convention sessions, speaker selection, exhibit selection and cost negotiation, invitation management, activities management and the budgeting that is linked to all aspects of the convention.
- You will oversee logistics for 40+ external annual sales conventions, including trade show selection and tracking, cost negotiation, booth and collateral material design and ordering, prize tracking and distribution, convention pre-direct mail campaigns, and post engagement tracking.
- You will lead and manage the TransFund customer engagement survey process, report findings, and make recommendations to the TransFund ELT to improve the TransFund customer experience and refine our business processes.
Education & Experience Requirements
The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field plus 10+ years of experience or 15+ years of experience in marketing, product and/or advertising; or 15+ years of equivalent work experience.
