Job Description

The Manager, TransFund Operations is primarily responsible for all operational and personnel management of three (3) distinct groups: TransFund Operations, the TransFund Help Desk, and Card Services. This position also manages the reconcilement of ATM operational work for all BOKF banks. In addition, this position manages the balancing and settlement of all TransFund-serviced ATMs, network interchange settlement, card file maintenance, the VCC fraud monitoring service, and monetary and adjustment processing. Performs complex research and monetary error investigations. Interfaces with TransFund clients, other networks, processors, Visa, MasterCard, Cirrus, Plus, third-party vendors and personnel of other departments within BOKF to ensure high levels of operational service and efficiency are maintained.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • You will determine work priorities and scheduling, and you will be responsible for all staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
  • You will manage the TransFund Help Desk to ensure top quality customer service and responsiveness.
  • You will manage the balancing and settlement of all TransFund-serviced ATMs and related monitoring and adjustment processing.
  • You will identify and recommend revisions to existing internal policies and procedures, as well as develop and maintain policies and procedures manuals for TransFund Operations.
  • You will interface with clients, merchants, and vendors to facilitate customer service, resolve technical problems, and ensure compliance with the multitude of regulations governing the EFT and debit card industries.
  • You will serve as technical consultant and will act as the ultimate decision maker for all operational matters.

Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business and 8-10 years' experience in an EFT processing environment, at least 3-5 years of which have been in a supervisory capacity; Or equivalent work experience of 14-16 years in a related environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Visa/MasterCard/Cirrus/Plus Operating Regulations, Regulations E, O, Z and CC, OFAC and FACTA, US Patriot Act
  • Advanced knowledge of ATM and debit card network processing, bank operations policies and procedures, exception processing, payments/collections, ACH and other electronic network services and operations
  • Advanced knowledge of debit card and ATM balancing and reconcilement
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent PC skills including word-processing and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer contact skills and knowledge of customer service
  • Excellent supervisory/management skills
