TITLE: MANAGER, TREASURY CAPITAL MARKETS
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
- POSITION SUMMARY The Manager, Treasury Capital Markets is responsible for analyzing, structuring, and executing financing initiatives; preparing analysis and recommendations to optimize NCR's capital structure and cost of financing; and overseeing compliance of credit agreements. Functions and responsibilities include coordinating capital market transactions, interest rate swaps, foreign exchange hedging strategies and ongoing bank compliance. Analyzes and makes recommendations on capital structure options/strategies. Responsible for preparation of rating agency material and strategic cash flow forecasting. Coordinate NCR's capital expenditure allocation and free cash flow process.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor financing needs and recommend strategies to optimize NCR's cost of capital
- Forecast cash flow and interest expense
- Manage compliance of credit agreements and perform compliance calculations
- Evaluate alternative financing structures in partnership with the FX and Derivatives teams
- Co-lead the structuring and negotiations of NCR's financing activity
- Partner with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and external advisors to analyze and execute capital markets transactions while ensuring compliance with financial covenants
- Manage relationships with banking partners and provide timely analysis and recommendations in support of NCR's financing strategy
- Maintain dialogue with and reporting to rating agencies
- Ensure compliance of the Company with the specific terms, conditions and undertakings of outstanding credit agreements
- SOX compliance and coordination efforts
- Reporting and advising on key financial metrics to senior management
- Validate key capital markets assumptions, including WACC, for forecasting, planning, and project investment analysis
- Complete other project priorities as required, such as share repurchase and capital structure analysis
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive management and Board
- Assist in pension process and reporting
BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of related experience with previous treasury experience for a Fortune 500 company
- A CPA and/or CFA is strongly preferred
- Prior experience negotiating a credit agreement
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
