About the role:

Forter is looking for a Manager, Solutions Consulting (AMER) to lead our Enterprise Solution Consulting team in North America. You’ll be reporting to the Director, Americas Solutions Consulting and be responsible for leading a Solution Consulting team, identifying and recruiting top talent, partnering with Pre-sales and cross functional leadership to define processes as well as support the team in progressing top opportunities. You will be focused on executing quarterly and annually to sales goals established by sales leadership and finding creative ways to add value to our customers in the sales cycle.

You’ll be expected to think 12+ months out about your team with a clear business plan, the KPIs that your team is aligned with, and be flexible to work with cross-functional leaders in achieving these goals.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Build and lead a team of Solution Consultants who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation and education experts. 
  • Support the sales teams in achieving revenue and booking targets, developing strategic and technical account plans, as well as ensuring customer success with Forter product portfolio.
  • Develop and set KPIs based on the organization's goals for the Solution Consulting team.
  • Provide consistent and regular feedback to Solutions Consultants, deliver annual performance reviews, and assist with building out and executing individual development plans
  • Mentor Solution Consultants with best practices on strategic technical selling, executive presence, and Forter positioning.
  • Manage processes and programs to help the team do its best work and engage effectively with the rest of the Forter organization.
  • Partner with our other Forter leaders in collaboration to ensure alignment and best practices are being achieved (Product Management, Product Marketing, Delivery, Analytics).
What you’ll need:
  • 3+ years of proven leadership & management experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a pre-sales contributor or leader
  • Proven track record of success working for a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of fraud, payments or e-commerce industry
  • Ability to successfully recruit and build a great pre-sales team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work in fast-paced environment, be trusted to drive initiatives autonomously and gain buy-in from a wide collection of stakeholders
