Manager - VFLI

CLA exists to create opportunities! We are currently looking for a senior level manager for our Valuation Services Team in Nashville, TN.

This Manager in our Valuation, Forensics, Litigation, Investigations (VFLI) group is an experienced valuation professional who can oversee client engagements and collaborate with other CLA service lines to build cross-functional relationships. Within CLA's VFLI group, the Manager - Valuation will work closely with Principals and other staff to play a key role in client management, practice development, and business development.

Essential day to day:

• Project Management: Plans, executes, directs and completes valuations for legal, financial, and corporate strategic decision-makers for a variety of purposes and from a variety of industries.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrates highly efficient productivity in project management. Demonstrates excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• People Development: Recruits, manages, mentors, and trains Senior Associates and Associates.
• Client Service: Develops, grows, and maintains strong client relationships and identifies cross-selling opportunities to/from other CLA service lines.
• Continuing Education: Keeps abreast of the latest valuation practice developments through ongoing formal and self-education. Periodically attends valuation practice meetings/conferences.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in Valuation or a similar consulting practice/function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications / Licenses

• ABV, ASA, CVA, or related certification, or working towards completing requirements for these certifications.
