The primary responsibility of this role involves expanding our solutions ecosystems and deployments in alignment with Visa's strategic objectives, thereby fueling VCS revenue generation.

The successful candidate should strive to build mutually advantageous and supportive relationships, spearhead the expansion of the solutions ecosystems, set guidelines for collaborative sales initiatives, and act as a dependable point of contact for stakeholders to voice their concerns and seek resolutions.

This person will provide effective solutions to facilitate commercial solutions adoption fostering a culture of innovative, out-of-the-box thinking.

Position Responsibilities:

Expansion of VCS VAS in LAC.

  • Boost the influence of commercial Value-Added Services (VAS) in LAC and channel new transaction volumes towards Visa Commercial Solutions contributing to the growth and expansion of Visa's commercial portfolio

  • Create, and maintain updated Sales Enablement tools B2B and B2B2C for all platforms and solutions including sales decks, infographics, brochures, Products operating model, tear sheets, social posts, clickable demos, among others.

  • Provide insights to enrich our narrative and lifecycle initiatives and enhance strategic decision-making process.

  • Accelerate revenue generation by forging strategic alliances with the sales team for the commercialization of completed implementations and generation of new payment flows.

  • Create and document best practices, FAQs, new use cases and benchmarks to reinforce the message and facilitate client engagement w/ our platforms and solutions. Maintain in place all required documentation and relevant information needed by sales specialists and account executives and support other administrative tasks as needed

  • Orchestrate the accessibility of internal stakeholders to the latest artifacts and sales enablement tools, ensuring a seamless flow of information and resources.

  • Provide Sales Presentations for issuer/ acquirer sales teams and corporate clients and when needed.

  • Participate in corporate clients (buyers and suppliers)’ conversations, when needed, analyzing and deploying efficient procedures to seamlessly integrate new players into our payable’s solutions.

  • Focus on broadening the scope of our payable’s solutions, contributing to create a robust and diverse ecosystem that encompasses buyers and suppliers across LAC

  • Ensure strategic communication with commercial clients underscoring our unique value proposition, amplifying our presence and reinforcing our brand in the competitive marketplace

  • Collaboratively work with Platforms Product owners, orchestrating and delivering virtual/ in-person webinars/ workshops and awareness sessions for internal and external clients. This joint effort will illuminate the capabilities and potential of our Product Solutions and Platforms to a broader audience

  • Handle internal and external solutioning questions and escalations Inbox, providing continuous feedback to product owners.

  • Lead the process of requesting and monitoring enhancements as needed in the region, and resolution of issues for LAC clients. Follow up with the Global team every month.

  • Solutions Roadmap Databases and quarterly presentations

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

o Former liaison experience between products and sales/business field
o Sales, presentation skills
o Advanced Microsoft Office skills

o Advanced Excel dashboards and Pivot Tables

English and Spanish fluency required
