Manager, Website Strategy & CRO - Boston, MA/Hybrid

(This position is based out of our Boston Seaport HQ)

Synchronized access to file data everywhere ensures user productivity by supporting remote and hybrid work.The Manager, Website Strategy & CRO, will be a member of the Revenue Marketing Team. In this role, you will be expected to understand search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and website strategy including optimizing the user experience to build Nasuni’s corporate presence while driving demand.

We seek someone with a proven record of success within the digital sphere as well as within prior workplace environments. This position is an individual contributor role reporting into the VP of Revenue Marketing and will have significant exposure to senior leadership within the organization.

As the Manager, Website Strategy & CRO, you will... 

  • Lead the strategy development for the *new* corporate website (coming soon!) with attention to driving conversions and optimizing for increased engagement and an improved visitor experience. 
  • Build and lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives at each stage of the journey to increase conversion rates at each stage of the funnel 
  • Strong understanding and experience with experimentation methodologies, formulating hypotheses and probabilities for running tests 
  • Utilize data-driven insights, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis to optimize conversion funnels and drive measurable improvements. 
  • Manage website content to ensure that messaging is aligned with the larger marketing and corporate themes and initiatives. 
  • Leverage digital metrics (site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to test page performance, special promotions, and content to optimize marketing investment and analyze program impact. 
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaign efforts and measure impact against set goals including opportunities and revenue. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functionally on priorities and provide insights on tests and site performance. 
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve site traffic and website rankings in search engine results. 
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics, conduct keyword analysis, and implement best practices to elevate Nasuni’s search rankings 

 

Required skills + experience we look for are … 

  • 5 –8 + years’ direct experience in a digital marketing role, within the tech industry.
  • Experience with successfully managing and executing a corporate B2B website is required. 
  • Experience in developing programs and optimizing digital channels to deliver demand and ultimately pipeline. 
  • Extreme attention to detail, executes with urgency and has the ability to effectively balance a creative and analytical skillset. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to converse fluently with both technical and non-technical teams. 
  • Confidence to deliver campaign analysis to senior management regarding program success, areas for opportunity, and insight on future initiatives. 
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, HotJar and SEMRush Heap Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools. 
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. 
  • Flexible and team player mentality. 
  • Excellent time management and communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
