DUTIES:

• Manage and oversee the interpretation and linkage of business needs and objectives in applications development and support activities.• Ensure effective implementation of Risk Adjustment policies and procedures as it pertains to application development and reporting. • Manage day-to-day resources necessary to provide effective applications to support user needs and resolve problems. • Provide subject matter expertise in business analyses and technical requirements to effectively lead and resolve staff constraints. • Work with departmental staff and users to identify requirements for development projects and support activities. • Lead data analyses projects for Risk Adjustment reconciliation from initial requirement gathering to final analysis delivery. • Create complex, actionable, and advanced dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau. • Conduct analyses using various data types from multiple sources utilizing SAS and SQL. • Effectively integrate new technologies and develop project plans and schedules. • Stay abreast of Centene's technology to ensure effective implementation to existing projects. • Apply in-depth knowledge of systems to diagnose problems and find solutions to meet user requirements. • Serve as subject matter expert to all disparate systems and platform required for Risk Adjustment. • Incorporate global and organizational best practices into applications. • Identify best practices in integrating disparate data sources and provide training to junior level colleagues. • Use project management methodologies to effectively manage projects.• Position reports to Centene location at 7700 Forsyth Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63105. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related, and 5 years of relevant work experience.

In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Building PowerBI and Tableau dashboards to provide relevant insights to internal and external customers; (2) Establishing lead and lag measures using key performance indicators to support business needs; (3) Employing automation skills to optimize recurring processes using SQL, SSIS/SSRS packages (or other equivalent ETL solutions) and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access; (4) Conducting gap analysis using SAS or other analytical tools to identify actionable gaps and remediation opportunities.

WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week [8:00 am to 5:00 pm]
