Genmab is looking for a Project Manager of Data Science & AI to join our team. You will define and drive implementation of initiatives to support Genmab in achieving its digital & AI vision.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities within sub-teams of DS&AI, e.g., AI Lab, Data Products, Commercial Data Science
• Facilitate ideation and prioritization of digital & AI use cases within own team
• Establish and manage the project plan and objectives in alignment with the organizational objectives
• Drive the project team to execute the project plan to meet/exceed the operational goals by providing project management and team leadership
• Pro-actively identify and escalate issues/risks, working with the project team to help resolve problems; turn adversity into opportunities for growth and establish contingency plans for anticipated risks
• Define and track key metrics for use cases in scope
• Drive cadence and lead preparation for key meetings
• Communicate impact to cross-functional stakeholders
• Establish and foster a high-performance team culture and efficient team dynamics

Requirements

• Advanced degree in computer science, life sciences, or engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing portfolio of projects
• Proven record of strategic thinking and planning
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to shift priorities seamlessly
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborators from a broad range of backgrounds
• Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and complexity
• Team player mindset and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Goal orientation, self-motivation, and drive to make a positive impact to patients

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

$114,375.00---$190,625.00

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
