About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager/Sr. Manager to join our Product Management team in Denver. This role is pivotal in leading efforts to enhance the customer experience for small businesses across various platforms, including web and communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in experimenting with and optimizing our product roadmaps, and will work closely with internal teams such as Design, Sales, Data Analytics, and Marketing. This position calls for a leader who is innovative, decisive, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategy and roadmap for the SMB product’s customer and partner experience domain
- Manage and guide a product management team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Design, Data, and Member Support teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively
- Drive continuous improvement in product management processes, focusing on customer-centric solutions.
- Partner with engineering to help determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve our customer and business objectives
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on customer experience, including at least 3 years of managing Product Managers.
- Demonstrated success in product launches and effective management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative, decisive, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality traits.
For Colorado-based candidates, the budgeted range is $155,000-$185,000, but actual compensation may vary based on experience including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
