Managing Director - Digital Assets

We are seeking a Managing Director of Digital Assets to join our rapidly growing global workforce. In this position, you will be part of an early team that will define the future of Digital Assets and Cryptocurrencies for the Group.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Company’s global cryptocurrency and digital asset investments, including custody and settlement
• Implement a revenue structure for cryptocurrency trading endeavors
• Create the product strategy for key crypto products and coordinate across a team of engineers, designers, researchers, and cross functional operations stakeholders
• Lead, manage, and grow a product team focused on designing, developing, and delivering cryptocurrency products
• Develop and maintain a roadmap that identifies the Company’s present and future goals
• Identify prospective growth opportunities and revenue generating sources both domestically and internationally within the digital asset industry
• Oversee the process of securing global cryptocurrency trading licenses
• Prepare and present monthly financial and operational reports to senior management

Requirements:

• High level of experience in the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry
• 5+ years experience working in FinTech services in a management role
• Deep technical literacy and ability to engage with a developer audience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Familiarity with global digital asset licenses and regulatory regimes
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Engineering
• Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency trading
• Understanding of the processes, procedures, and regulatory landscape of a cryptocurrency trading platform
