Job Description
As a Managing Partner, you will utilize your expertise and leadership abilities to guide a team of recruiters while building and strengthening strategic client partnerships. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and delivering creative recruitment solutions. Working with a diverse range of clients across Europe, this position provides a unique opportunity to shape careers and contribute to the evolution of the recruitment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage your own team, providing support and fostering success.
- Develop and implement business strategies, and analyze market trends within your sector.
- Assist management in creating annual and semi-annual budgets using performance data, market knowledge, and experience.
- Manage client relationships through virtual calls, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our contractor relationships.
- Lead contract negotiations in accordance with company standards.
- Proactively generate new leads, develop new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications
- +4 years of experience in recruitment and business development.
- Experience in recruitment agencies and contracting recruitment is a big plus
- Experience in Life Sciences or Engineering industries is a plus
- Leadership experience or experience mentoring team members.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and clients, with strong industry and market knowledge.
- Determined to achieve professional success and pursue goals.
- Outgoing, confident, and a strong communicator.
- Motivated by fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in prioritizing and time management.
