Essential Responsibilities: • Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized retail environment • Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with product selection and accurate product information • Coordinate product displays, style wigs/extensions, and uphold visual merchandising standards • Manage stockroom organization, monitor inventory levels, and report merchandise needs to managers • Promote in-store deals, upsell products, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets • Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls, social media engagement, and networking • Participate in marketing efforts, including livestreaming and creating short-form content for social media • Assist with trade shows, in-store events, and showroom setups as needed • Handle additional operational or administrative tasks assigned by store leadership Knowledge and Skills Required: • Bilingual:fluent in English and Mandarin( Chinese) • Minimum 1 year of U.S. work experience, preferably in retail, sales, or customer service • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) • Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) • Quick learner with the ability to memorize product details, pricing, and trends • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and attention to detail • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Paid Training: • Yes Management: • Store Supervisor • Manager Work Remotely • No How to Apply: Please send your resume [email protected] the subject line: [Your First Name] – [Position] - [Location] Make sure to name your resume file as: [Your First Name] – [Position] - [Location].pdf (e.g.,Emily – Sales Assistant - Dallas.pdf) Applications without the correct subject line or file name may not be considered.
