Whom we are looking for:

Think Academy U.S. is looking for Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our valued clients and guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk. 

What You Will Do:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly, providing accurate information and transferring calls to the appropriate departments 
• Build up a good parent relations by providing necessary consultations and school information to parents
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, etc.
• Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner 

How You Can Be Qualified:

• High school diploma or above; additional certification in office administration is a plus
• 0-2 years industry experience in administration, office management, school and academic management, customer service is highly preferred
• Able to lift 25-30 pounds/11-13 kg
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CHINESE MANDARIN
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail
• Passionate about the education industry and enjoys working with kids
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet 
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends
