With a passionate team of 100-200 employees, we are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join us onsite in our San Jose Office.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrative Assistant who can work on site in San Jose, CA and be able to work one or two days during the weekend to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills. 

Job Description:

•       Manage and organize mail, packages, and shipping in the office.
•       Office Operation and Facility Setup at Different Teaching Locations.
•       Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth functioning of teaching locations.
•       Set up and organize facilities for classes and events.
•       Procure and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and organization.
•       Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate the dynamic needs of the job.
•       Utilize Excel to perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist with handling company assets/equipment; shipping, tracking, and such

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years industry experience in administration, office management, school & academic management, customer service is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using Excel is highly desirable.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Flexible schedule to quickly adjust to upcoming needs.
• Available immediately to start the job.
• Must be able to read Simplified Chinese
