Must-Have:

• 10+ years of experience in manpower planning & human resources
• Experienced with utilizing Oracle based tools for workforce management
• Experienced in developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies
• Proficiency in managing large-scale operations with a workforce of 10,000+

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or any other relevant field.
• Prior experience working with a construction organization
