THE JOB:

As a Mansion Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to offer essential administrative support to our dynamic Mansion team at the iconic MGM Grand. You are a vital link in our operational chain, ensuring the seamless execution of coordinator services.

THE DAY TO DAY:

  • Answer and direct calls on multi-line phone systems
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and schedule meetings
  • Prepare reports and purchase orders, and review vendor invoices
  • Organize and file documents, run reports, and perform clerical duties
  • Promote, develop, and maintain effective communication, interaction, and excellent relationships with internal departments and guests
  • Collaborate with Directors, Chefs, Butlers, and other departments on events, projects, and tasks in a professional manner

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to ensure effective coordination
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • One (1) year minimum experience in a luxury casino and/or hotel
  • Prior administrative/coordinator/project management experience is a plus
  • Prior Concierge experience is preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Proficient computer skills
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
