Manual QA Engineer (Web)

Join our team as a Manual QA Engineer! You will ensure the stability and performance of a high-load web product with a multi-million user base. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse technologies, from databases to API clients and proxy tools, while directly influencing product quality and user experience. You'll contribute to analytics testing, marketing logic validation, and A/B experiments, making data-driven improvements that impact both users and business success.

In this role, you will

• Perform manual testing of internal web products using API tools and databases
• Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing of web functionalities
• Create test documentation (test cases, bug reports, checklists)
• Work within SCRUM and SDLC processes
• Execute A/B testing
• Test internal products, such as the admin panel
• Investigate and analyze bugs
• Build and maintain reports
• Improve testing speed and quality
• Perform functional testing of new features

It’s all about you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in web testing
• Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence (or similar tools)
• Experience in testing with Developer Tools
• Working experience with different test management systems
• Experience with relational or document-oriented databases (querying, deleting, and editing data)
• Familiarity with proxy debugging tools (Proxyman, Charles, Fiddler, or similar)
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
• Understanding of SCRUM processes
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Strong requirement analysis skills
• Experience with A/B testing
• Attention to detail and critical thinking 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to navigate challenges in a dynamic environment
• Proactive approach with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Curiosity and learning agility to continuously improve and stay updated with best practices
