Manual QA Lead

About Your Role:
Dotdash Meredith is looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Lead to help continue to shape our manual and grow our QA engineering team to be ready for our next phase of growth across all our brands.
About Your Contributions:

• Be a member of a Scrum team
• Promote QA standards and best practices across Agile teams
• Effectively collaborate and communicate and build rapport with team members and project stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues that team members are having with various tools and support systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment that support production and maintenance level changes
• Work with Scrum teams to ensure higher quality test coverage throughout the development and UAT development life cycles
• Champion agility and improvement in test processes and tools
• Ability to create test coverage documentation and execution plan
• Coach and support teams - Knowledge Transfer
• Assist in the overseeing of various QA projects of an integrated nature
• Advise and assist QA Manager on status, risks and their resolutions as they relate to testing and quality assurance

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience within the Quality Assurance specialty
• Experience in working in agile environment
• Expertise in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools such as Jira
• Experience of CI/CD platforms, focusing on technical artifact organization, integration testing, and scripted deployment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent project management skills, extreme attention to detail, ability to multitask
• Self-starter who can develop solutions to solve challenges.
