Manual QA Tester

We are seeking a software tester who has intermediate PC Skills namely Word and Excel with at least two years of experience in IT application testing and/or User Acceptance Testing. The QA Tester will have expertise developing and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and working with our developers and business analysts to interpret functional requirements, and address defects found during testing.

This position reports directly to the our Principal Engineer.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 2 years of proven experience in QA/testing for web applications.
• Proficient in Word, Excel (or equivalent), and conducting web searches for data comparison.
• Comfortable with database queries and experienced with SQL and NoSQL.
• Profound attention to detail and a focus on automation.
• Proactive communication style.
• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused, with a high level of integrity and ethics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Good English communication, including writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
• Scripting knowledge and automated testing technologies such as Great Expectations.
