Manufacturing Associate/ Team Lead

Manufacturing Associate - Permanent Contract

Location: Belfast

Days: Monday-Thursday: 7.30 am - 6.00 pm.

What you will do:

• Ensuring the team performance meets KPIs on Safety, Quality and Productivity
• Ensures 6S is always adhered to
• Provides active coaching and feedback to operators.
• Manages training within the team against site KPIs
• Actively manages production flow to optimise performance
• Ensures Production Schedule is always followed.
• Lead the Tier 1 Process
• Actively anticipate potential downtime and reduce production interruptions

• A minimum of 2 years' manufacturing experience
• A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a Team Lead / Coordinating role desired
• Competency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Competency with SAP
