Your Role and Responsibilities
Within our Storage Systems assembly Manufacturing Engineering team we are looking for a dynamic person with experience who can perform the following activities:

• Lead multidisciplinary groups to analyze complex/new situations anticipate potential problems assess opportunities impacts and risks. Develop and implement solutions
• Define assembly process and set up manufacturing systems based on the interpretation of drawings and instructions received by development working with minimal supervision and direction
• Standardize process create and update Process Instructions
• Provide training support and assists in the certification process of Manufacturing Engineers and Production lines
• Implement New Products or Changes to the current ones
• Ensure understanding of corporate and local instructions related to the activities we perform with the entire manufacturing engineering team

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Advanced English level
• 6 years of Manufacturing Eng. / Process Eng.
• 6 years of experience in engineering changes implementation
• 6 years of experience in New Products introduction
• Lean Six Sigma & Cero defects concepts
• Demonstrate:
  • Active participation at innovation and continuous improvement
  • Teamwork
  • Flexibility regarding assignments dedication time and work location
  • Deliver good results even under pressure
• Knowledge of the following standards and/or concepts:
  • CoO (County of Origen)
  • Hazmat Material
  • Import Export regulations (CCCS – Common Customs Classification System // HTSC – Harmonised Tariff System Code // ECCN – Export Control Classification number)
  • Engineering Changes (Reason & Stock Disposition Codes)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Yellow Green or Black BeltProject Manager Certification
• Experience in the use creation of queries and settings in the following tools/systems or similar:
  • Enovia (Engineering Change Order Data Base)
  • SAP (Systems Applications Programs )
  • MFS (Manufacturing support systems)
• Degree in Engineering such as: Computer Systems Mechatronics Mechanical
